This course offers a progression towards to the standard Gyrokinesis Level 1 class formats while focusing particularly on the decompression of the lumbar spine. The rhythm, and tone of each song, in this course, resonates with the specific timing, and intention of the movement it accompanies. This harmonic synchrony of music, and movement greatly enhances the depth of the Gyrotonic exercise experience. The Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise curriculum, intermediate exercise sequences, and a special gem – the Gyrotonic Nerve Strengthening Sequence, are all included in this course. Participants receive a course manual, and music download. DVDs are also available (exclusively for course participants) to purchase.
