4 Steps to become a GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer:

The education for GYROTONIC® trainer is a major challenge for body and mind because of the complexity of the movements. Therefore, any training is offered in 4 steps leading to certification.

The training to become a certified GYROTONIC® trainer is as follows:

1. Pretraining – Learning to learn the basic program with the goal of operation and effect of the system on your own body. This is also a prerequisite to purchase a device for home use. With this course you set the foundation for a new experience.
2. Foundation Course – If you are interested to use the system professionally, then this course offers a deepening of theoretical and practical knowledge of the system and adds methodology / didactics.
3. Apprenticeship + Apprentice Review Course – The internship offers the opportunity to use the knowledge under real conditions and to gain more experience. In addition, during this period the knowledge to be refreshed and deepened in the form of a supervision course supervised apprenticeship review hours.
4. Certification – at least 6-months after the apprenticeship A weekend seminar which again will set new impulses, which at the same time carrying out the quality of our own movement as well as the guidance of others is observed. A positive history permission for public and professional use of the system is confirmed by a certificate. For a professional application of the system, it is likely to be beneficial to have a job with which Gyrotonic Expansion System® can connect (e.g. physiotherapist, sports instructor, dancer, aerobics instructor, Pilates teacher …)

GYROTONIC® Updates and Workshops Level 1 Certified Trainers are required every two years to renew their license by a 3-day update course or further GYROTONIC® course with music, special workshops and Level 2 course or a specialized equipment courses complete.

Die Ausbildung zum GYROTONIC® Level 1 Trainer wird in 4 Schritten angeboten mit abschließender Zertifizierung!

1.  Basiskurs (Pretraining) – Erlernen des Basisprogramms mit dem Ziel Funktionsweise und Wirkung des Systems am eigenen Körper zu erfahren. Das ist auch die Voraussetzung, um ein Gerät für den privaten Gebrauch zu erwerben. Mit diesem Kurs setzten sie den Grundstein für eine neue Erfahrung.
2. Aufbaukurs (Foundation Course) – Sollte ihr Interesse anhalten bzw. möchten sie das System professionell einsetzen, dann bietet dieser Kurs eine Vertiefung der theoretischen und praktischen Kenntnisse und ergänzt diese im Bereich Methodik / Didaktik.
3. Praktikumszeit der Ausbilding (Apprenticeship) + Supervisionskurs (Apprentices Review Course) – Das Praktikum bietet die Möglichkeit die Kenntnisse unter realen Bedingungen einzusetzen und weitere Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Zusätzlich werden in diesem Zeitraum die Kenntnisse in Form eines Supervisionskurses aufgefrischt und vertieft.
4. Zertifation (Certification) –  erst nach einer mindestens 6-monatigen Praktikumszeit Ein Wochenendseminar das nochmals neue Impulse setzen soll, wobei auch gleichzeitig die Qualität sowohl der eigenen Bewegungsausführung als auch die der Anleitung anderer Personen beobachtet wird. Bei positivem Verlauf wird die Erlaubnis zur öffentlichen und professionellen Anwendung des Systems durch ein Zertifikat bestätigt. Für eine professionelle Anwendung des Systems ist es wahrscheinlich vorteilhaft einen Beruf zu haben, mit dem sich Gyrotonic Expansion System® verbinden lässt (z.B. Physiotherapeut, Sportlehrer, Tänzer, Gymnastiklehrer…)

GYROTONIC Updates, Workshops & Kurse GYROTONIC® Level 1 zertifizierte Trainer sind verpflichtet alle 2 Jahre ihre Lizenz zu erneuern, indem sie einen

•  3 Tage Update Kurs oder
• weiterführende GYROTONIC® Kurse an den speziellen Geräten,
• GYROTONIC® spezielle Workshops,
• GYROTONIC® Level 2 Kurse oder einen
• GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing 1 , 2 oder 3 zu absolvieren.
