This course offers a progression towards to the standard Gyrokinesis Level 1 class formats while focusing particularly on the decompression of the cervical spine. Students learn how to teach a class for beginners and those clients who are in need of: smaller, simpler, slower, while deepening the understanding of the Gyrokinesis principles. The class format is developed for a 60 to 90 minutes class. The class is taught on a chair and in standing.
